One of two films taken of the attendees of the congress. Unnumbered Lumière film. The film was described in a letter dated 1 May 1896, from Charles H. Webster to Raff & Gammon in New York. Ramsaye-Million p. ? mistakenly lists the film as shot on 10 June 1895.
