The film was expanded, reedited and rereleased by The Vitagraph Company of America, Incorporated, at sometime after February 1919, as From the Manger to the Cross; or, Jesus of Nazareth. The was also rereleased with the addition of new close-ups, a synchronized music score and narration in 1938.
