Synopsis: [?] [From The Moving Picture World]? He was an East Side rag-picker, who earned the greater part of his living by begging coupons in front of cigar stores. Reviews: [The Moving Picture World, 22 November 1913, page ?] A very appealing character story, featuring an old man who makes his living collecting cigar coupons. A little girl befriends him and when he is fatally shot he leaves all his money to her. Fine photography, sincere acting, and a pleasing story combine to make this a successful release.
