Synopsis: [The Universal Weekly, Volume VI, Number 24, 12 June 1915, page 23] Many novelties have been sent from abroad to grace the vaudeville theatres of America, but none have achieved more success than the Panzer Troupe and the famous midget who never fails to bring roars of laughter from the audience. A surprising feature of the Panzer Troupe was evidenced when this novelty was screened, as it showed that each member of the company was a pantomimist of extraordinary ability. / The facial contortions of the midget as he is popped from a large champagne bottle, much to the suprise [sic] of the startled reveler, who has ordered wine and is served a grotesque midget, is really extremely humorous. The troupe also perform a series of humorous and and novel aerial tricks which has made it a headline attraction in vaudeville for many years. / One of the numbers which has attracted universal attention is the amazing performance of the midget sliding on his head down a slack wire to be caught in a basket contrivance hung from the back of Mr. Panzer. For a moment the audience is lead to believe that the midget has mysteriously disappeared until Mr. Panzer, in walking out of the picture, is seen with the midget clinging to his back.
