Drama.
Synopsis: [?] [From The Moving Picture World]? Curtis, commander of the American forces in a Philippine village, saves a native girl, who is attacked in her cabin. Later, Dolores, sweetheart of the leader of a revolution then brewing, lures Curtis to her home with a view to keeping him away from his troops as the first blow of the revolution is struck. To Curtis’ astonishment he finds the native girl a servant in Dolores’ home, and she repays her savior by warning him when Orelli, the rebel chief, drugs his drink. Curtis escapes in time to marshal his forces and quell the uprising. From his prison cell Orelli directs an attack on Curtis, but the American is saved by the native girl, this time at the cost of her own life.
