Synopsis: [?] [From The Moving Picture World]? Hogan’s was the popular boarding-house. There was a reason, “skirts.” So poor old Riley, of the rival house next door, was put back with the street gang by his relentless wife. Two fair, stranded vaudevillians were Riley’s inspiration. Decked in their finest, they sat in front of the Riley boarding house. “One month in advance, boys,” said Riley, and it was old Hogan next door who took to the shovel.
