Synopsis: [?] [From The Moving Picture World]? Bob Bartlett, a wealthy young yachtsman falls into evil ways and his sweetheart Bessie Barset, the belle of the village, repudiates him as utterly unworthy, which gives comfort to his rival Cal Cooper, a stalwart young sailorman. The health of the young woman is shattered by her experiences and her father takes her to sea with him. Bob discovered in the gutter singularly enough is shanghaied and taken on this ship. How he redeems himself, wins the respect of the girl and saves the ship from fire at sea, furnishes an interesting story of the deep.
