Died 8 September 1937 in Los Angeles, California, USA.
Married Mary Druse, January 1926; until Frank’s death, 8 September 1937.
Frank Alexander began in films working for Keystone Film Company (1915), appearing in Gussle’s Backward Way (1915).
Alexander appeared in films produced by The Rolin Film Company (1917), The Vitagraph Company of America (1918-1922), Chadwick Pictures Corporation (1925), Standard Cinema Corporation (1926), and Monty Banks Enterprises (1927). In 1926, Alexander appeared with Hillard ‘Fat’ Karr and ‘Kewpie’ Ross, two other overweight comedians, in the “Ton of Fun” comedies for Standard Cinema Corporation.
