Died 17 July 1969 in Sarasota, Florida, USA.

son, Leland F. Benham, born 20 September 1905; daughter Dorothy Benham, born 6 September 1910.
Married Doris Townsend Deppe, 1953; until Harry’s death, 17 July 1969.
Harry Benham began motion picture work in 1910 with the Thanhouser Company, where he played supporting roles and soon became a leading man. Harry remained with the company through their reorganization as Thanhouser Film Corporation and eventually left late in 1915. Benham also worked for Fox Film Corporation (1916 and 1922), The Universal Film Manufacturing Company, Incorporated (1916-1917), Apollo Pictures, Incorporated (1917), Edward Warren Productions (1917), Thomas A. Edison, Incorporated (1917), Metro Pictures Corporation (1917 and 1920), World Film Corporation (1917), Astra Film Corporation (1917-1918), Marion Davies Film Company, Incorporated (1918), Burton King Productions (1920), Erbograph Company (1920), Selznick Pictures Corporation (1920), The Vitagraph Company of America (1920), Realart Pictures Corporation (1921) and Harry Rapf Productions (1922). Harry Benham retired from motion picture work in 1922.
