Born 31 October 1879 in Dublin, Ireland, as Sarah Ellen Allgood.
Died 13 September 1950 in Woodland Hills, California, USA, of heart failure.

Sister of actress Maire O’Neill.

Married Gerald Henson, 13 January 1917; until Gerald’s death, 18 November 1918;
daughter, died 1917 of influenza.

Sara Allgood is perhaps best remembered for her role in Alfred Hitchcock’s Juno and the Paycock (1929).
