The Roosevelt Theatre was a small first-run theatre.
The theatre was remodeled in the early 1930s in an Art Deco style, with architectural design by Richard D. King. At that time, the venue was renamed the Chotiner Parisian Theatre. In the 1940s, the theatre was acquired by Fox West Coast Theaters and the name was changed to the Fox Parisian Theatre. The theatre was closed in 1958.
