Griffith. / Released May 1914. / Standard 35mm spherical 1.33:1 format. / D.W. Griffith was originally to have directed this film, but the film was later assigned to Cabanne. It is doubtful that Griffith had anything to do with the production. Documentary footage shot by Walsh in Mexico was incorporated into the final film. Walsh’s direction of that footage went uncredited. [?] The film may have been reedited and/or rereleased by Mutual Film Corporation as The Outlaw’s Revenge (1915).

Synopsis: Combination biography and documentary of Pancho Villa’s life, ends with documentary footage of the Battle of Torréon.
