This drama, directed by James Young, stars George Arliss and Sylvia Breamer, with Lucy Cotton, Florence Arliss, Edmund Lowe and a rather fey Roland Bottomley.

This DVD-R edition has been mastered from a 16mm reduction print. The DVD mastering has been performed at a high-compression rate leaving visible artifacts in the medium to dark greytones. The blurry picture details are the result of a subpar video transfer. Light amounts of dust and speckling are in the picture, with occasional examples of other flaws.

The film is accompanied by a soundtrack compiled from preexisting recordings (some from scratchy LPs).

Reluctantly, this is our recommended home video edition of the film.
