Our first look at this DVD edition was quite favorable, with the disc mastered from 35mm materials held by La Cinémathèque française ranging in quality from very-good to excellent.

The film is accompanied by a music score arranged by Rodney Sauer and performed by The Mont Alto Motion Picture Orchestra.

The edition is accompanied by a 28-page booklet with an essay by Lenny Borger, with notes on the films of the collection.

We enthusiastically recommend this edition of Jacques Feyder’s Gribiche. Unfortunately, the edition is now out-of-print.
