This DVD edition has been prepared from the 35mm restoration print supervised in 2005 by Eric Lange and produced by Serge Bromberg for Lobster Films, Paris, and with special contributions by Danish Film Institute, Gaumont-Pathé Archives and Lenny Borger. Hand-colored sections of the film brighten the presentation.
The film is accompanied by an original music by the French contemporary jazz ensemble, Taranta-Babu.
