This DVD-R edition has likely been mastered from a 16mm reduction print. We don’t know for certain because our review copy of this disc contained the 1938 Jack Randall sound remake instead of the 1925 film. A replacement disc had the same issue.
The film is likely accompanied by a compilation of early film music from a variety of preexisting sources.
Not the best presentation to be sure but also likely to be the only available home video edition of the film.
